This article discusses whether or not sports can be considered a religion. I will use this in my sports and religion section. I will use this article to show how football is almost considered a religion in this small town in Texas.

This article talks about various college students’ opinions on what it means to be a “born again” Christian. This will help with discussing Lyla’s new found faith. It will help show what it means to be a “born again” Christian and also how there are many different takes on that term.

This article will help with my discussion of how sports are like a religion. For example, the following of sports teams or athletes is a similar parallel to the following of a religious god. This point and many others will help back up my theory of sport as a religion.
